Processing an application takes time. We legally have ten Business days.Your credit history is checked through a credit reporting agency.Your references are thoroughly checked by telephone. We forward your application to be approved by the Board of Directors of the Condominium Association. Proposed tenant-buyers must complete this application for occupancy or purchase in detail. Processing of this application will begin after all required forms have been completed, signed, and received by the Management Office. Occupancy prior to final approval is prohibited
A PROCESSING OF $ 100.00 IS REQUIRED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL THAT WILL BE RESIDING IN THE UNIT. ALL PERSONS THAT WILL BE RESIDING IN A UNIT (OVER THE AGE OF 18) MUST GO THROUGH THE SCREENING PROCESS, INCLUDING THE BACKGROUND CHECK. NOTE: SCREENING OF SPOUSE IS NOT REQUIRED
